What is a psychometric evaluation?

Psychometric evaluation or test is a standard and scientific process used to measure an individual’s mental capabilities and behavioral patterns. They identify the extent to which candidate’s personalities and cognitive abilities match those required to perform the role.

There are a number of different types of psychometric tests because of the range of cognitive capabilities and employer priorities.
