Personality describes a person’s thoughts, feelings, behaviors, goals, and interests.



A personality assessment or test is a process designed to measure an individual's personality which is used to diagnose psychological problems as well as to screen candidates for college and employment.

Personality assessment is based on observing an individual’s behavior with others and results from differences in the extent to which individuals possess particular underlying personality traits.

Methods of Personality Assessment
